By accessing or using BuildFund, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Data Deletion Policy.

The information and content available through BuildFund are provided for general informational, discovery, communication and platform-related purposes.
While BuildFund seeks to maintain accurate and useful information, we do not guarantee that all information available on the Platform is accurate, complete, current, reliable or suitable for every user's particular requirements.
You should independently verify important information before relying on it for any commercial, construction, financial, technical, legal or other decision.

BuildFund may provide or display information relating to construction projects, building materials, products, suppliers, contractors, traders, services, prices, quantities, project requirements and other construction related matters.

BuildFund does not provide or guarantee:

- civil engineering advice;
- electrical or plumbing advice;
- construction safety advice;
- legal advice;
- tax or accounting advice;
- financial or investment advice; or
- any other professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users should consult an appropriately qualified professional before taking action based on information that requires professional judgment.
4. Products and Building Materials
Product names, descriptions, specifications, photographs, measurements, prices, availability, brands, technical information and other product details displayed on BuildFund may be supplied by third parties.
BuildFund does not independently warrant that every product listing is accurate, complete, authentic, available or suitable for a specific use.
Users should independently verify product specifications, certifications, quality, quantity, compatibility, warranty, pricing and other relevant details with the applicable supplier or manufacturer before purchasing or using a product.
5. Contractors, Traders and Service Providers
BuildFund may enable users to discover, communicate with or interact with contractors, traders, suppliers and other service providers.
The presence of a person or business on BuildFund does not by itself constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or recommendation by BuildFund.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding qualifications, licences, experience, pricing, references, work quality, business credentials and other relevant matters.
6. User-Generated Content
BuildFund may allow users to submit photographs, videos, reviews, descriptions, project details, product information, documents, comments, messages and other content ("User Content").
User Content represents the views, information or representations of the person who submitted it and does not necessarily represent the views of BuildFund.
BuildFund does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, legality, completeness or reliability of User Content.
7. Pricing and Availability
Prices, quotations, product availability, delivery timelines and other commercial information may change without notice and may depend on location, quantity, supplier, market conditions and other factors.
Any price or availability information displayed on the Platform should be independently confirmed with the relevant supplier or service provider before placing an order or entering into a commercial arrangement.
8. Orders and Commercial Transactions
BuildFund may facilitate product discovery, enquiries, quotations, communication and other interactions between users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BuildFund is not a party to agreements independently entered into between users, suppliers, contractors, traders or other third parties.
BuildFund does not guarantee the quality, delivery, installation, performance, warranty, refund, replacement or fulfilment of products or services provided by third parties.
9. Payments
BuildFund does not currently operate or provide a payment gateway and does not use a third-party payment processor for processing payments through the Platform.
BuildFund therefore does not currently process payment-card, UPI, banking or similar payment credentials for payment processing through the Platform.
Any payment arrangement made directly between users and third parties is outside the control of BuildFund unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Delivery and Fulfilment
Where products or materials are delivered by a trader, supplier, contractor or other third party, delivery, transportation, installation, timing and fulfilment may be the responsibility of that third party.
BuildFund does not guarantee that a delivery will occur within a particular timeframe or that products will arrive in a particular condition where such matters are controlled by a third party.
11. Location and Site Information
BuildFund may use information relating to construction sites, project locations or approximate user locations to provide relevant Platform features.
Location information displayed or provided through the Platform may not always represent the exact physical location of a person, property, project or construction site.
Users should independently verify location details before travelling, delivering materials, visiting a construction site or entering into any arrangement.
12. Images, Documents and Uploaded Files
Users may upload photographs, documents, invoices, plans, identification documents, product images or other files to the Platform where supported.
BuildFund does not guarantee that automated processing, image recognition, OCR, document extraction or other technology-based processing will always be accurate or error-free.
Users should verify important information extracted from images or documents before relying on it.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
BuildFund may contain links, references or integrations relating to third-party websites, applications, products or services.
BuildFund does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, privacy practices, security or policies of third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
14. Availability and Technical Issues
BuildFund makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Platform but does not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, internet or telecommunications problems, security incidents, third-party dependencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

BuildFund implements reasonable measures intended to protect the Platform and information processed through it.
However, no website, application, network or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should take reasonable steps to protect their accounts, devices, passwords and other authentication information.
16. Fraudulent or Misleading Information
BuildFund may take reasonable measures to identify, investigate or restrict accounts or content that appear to involve fraud, impersonation, misleading information, abuse or other prohibited activity.
However, BuildFund does not guarantee that all fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate information will always be detected before it becomes available on the Platform.

BuildFund does not guarantee that using the Platform will result in a successful construction project, contractor engagement, product purchase, business opportunity, cost saving, delivery, project completion or any other particular outcome.
Results depend on factors outside BuildFund's control, including user decisions, third-party performance, market conditions, product availability, location and project-specific circumstances.
18. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildTech Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for losses, damages or claims arising solely from reliance on information supplied by third parties or from transactions, agreements or interactions independently entered into between users.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability, right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Privacy and Personal Data
BuildFund's collection and processing of personal data is described in the BuildFund Privacy Policy.
Requests concerning deletion of eligible personal information are described in the BuildFund Data Deletion Policy.
BuildFund processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, as relevant to the processing.

BuildFund may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable laws, business practices, technology or security requirements.
The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
